Semalam ana telah membaca fakta yang menarik, which is the 10 best ways to damage your brain. Since I feel that my brain is damaging recently. Haha. Alhamdulillah, keluar kat news feed. Allah S.W.T. planned it. :)
Brain ialah salah satu anugerah Allah S.W.T. yang tak ternilai, seperti yang sudah ana nyatakan sebelum ini. Kita perlu sangat mensyukuri segala nikmat Allah S.W.T., kalau tidak.. Ya. Kalau tidak, maka kita telah kufur nikmat. Salah satu cara mudah mensyukuri nikmat otak dan akal, kita jaga sebaik-baiknya. Otak mungkin lebih nampak dari segi fizikal dan akal lebih kepada kerohanian.
Jom kita cuba sihatkan kedua-duanya!
10 perkara merosakkan otak.
1) Skipping breakfast.
Haha. Me skipping breakfast nearly everyday since kindergarten maybe till now! Kalau kat Al Amin, my breakfast usually on 10 a.m. and at here, on 12 noon. Itu pun, kalau ada maggi. Kami makan dinner sahaja. Yang lain, at your own expenses. For your information, dekat Mesir takda ayam masak merah, mihun goreng, kuay teow dan sebagainya. Makanan harga standard yang mungkin dapat dibeli setiap hari untuk lunch dan dinner hanyalah FAST FOOD, ayam bakar 1/4 (LE 9) nasi hadhramaut (LE 13) dan spagetti serta adik beradiknya.
Ohhh, I forgot, I had my breakfast properly at Al Manar, pukul 7 pagi. Alhamdulillah, bersyukur ada tukang masak. :)

2) Overeating.
Selalunya makan dinner sahaja, mungkin terover eating sewaktu dinner. Erm. Nasi sepinggan dan ayam saiz mini + takleh tambah sebab nasi dah habis, terover eatingkah? But for sure, without sayur =.=. I love veges very much but we rarely prepare them for our meal.

3) Smoking.
Alhamdulillah, ana tidak merokok dan sangat benci kepada asap rokok. Semoga Allah S.W.T. memelihara kita semua daripada rokok dan dadah.

4) High sugar consumption.
Haha. Me is tawar lady who love to drink air yang tawar. Alhamdulillah. No cordials allowed in my esophagus or I'll have headache for the whole day.

5) Air pollution.
98% taxi driver di Mesir merokok. Ana amat terdedah dengan air pollution. 95% (statistik sendiri) penduduk di Mesir merokok termasuk para doktor, penjual hinggalah peminta sedekah.

6) Sleep deprivation.
Err. Haha.

7) Cover your head while sleeping.
Oopps. I have to rid this habit. Mungkin kerana winter, I tend to sleep with my head covered. Okay, lets not do that. It's not good for our brain.

8) Working your brain during illness.
Gulp. I always do that. Tidak kira demam mahupun sihat, I'll stressed easily IF I'm not studying. Rasa tidak mahu tidur sebab nak cover semula and capai target, walaupun selalunya tak lepas.

9) Lacking in stimulating thoughts.
I have this problem. Sejak modul yang lepas, GUT, kerana terlampau banyaknya dan peningnya, I have this symptom of giving up. And, macam tak kisah jika gagal. (Sigh) Where's my back up? Calling for my back up! Astaghfirullah. Dan sekarang ana lebih berminat untuk berehat daripada berfikir, and the worst, ana tak kisah pun kalau tak study.

10) Talking rarely.
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of brain. So, lets talk intellectually daripada cakap benda kosong.

Egypt really give me bad memories. Need a super panjang karangan to tell you why. 6/10. I'm damaging my brain! Astaghfirullah. Dengan ini, oath akan dibacakan dan semangat akan dinaikkan, untuk kebaikan semua. Sila support ya. Ya Allah, help us. I'm sinking deeper and deeper. T_T. And crying turned to be my hobby now. But, I really dont wanna lose with syaitan and be their friend.

Allah S.W.T. kira usaha kita walaupun outcome teruk. Dan jika teruk, Allah S.W.T. nak kita perbaiki lagi. :)
